We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Oncology experience to join a team of physicians and nurse practitioners in Asheville, NC.

Job details:
• $90 - $130K depending on experience
• Days, full time

Responsibilities:
• Provide patient care, including patient assessment, review of symptoms, history and physical, assessment and plan ordering of diagnostic testing, prescribing appropriate medication, and recommending follow up care and subsequent visits
• Document all findings, orders, medications prescribed, procedure results, and plan for follow in patient’s EMR
• Counsel patients regarding therapeutic options, the risks and benefits of recommended testing, medications, Infusions therapies, and surgical procedures

Requirements:
• Minimum THREE YEARS experience as NP or PA, specifically in Oncology
• APRN or PA license in appropriate state
• Prescriptive privileges or eligible to apply
• Current certification from ANCC or ONS (AOCN-P)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, team-work, and customer service skills
