Step into an exclusive occupational medicine opportunity in central New Jersey. A premier health system’s corporate health center in New Brunswick is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) for an expedited assignment running October 1, 2026, through November 30, 2026.

The Practice Experience

Join a collaborative corporate health care team delivering comprehensive occupational health services, employee health screenings, and injury care across a dynamic patient population.

• Clinical Scope: Deliver expert occupational healthcare and clinical assessments (averaging 20–25 patients per day):

  • Conduct pre-placement physical examinations, medical surveillance evaluations, and return-to-work clearances

  • Manage initial and ongoing workplace injury assessments and worker’s compensation cases

  • Execute exposure treatments, follow-up evaluations, health screenings, fit-for-duty examinations, and for-cause substance testing

  • Order and interpret diagnostic X-rays and routine laboratory results

  • Collaborate seamlessly with onsite physicians, advanced practice providers, and administrative departments

• Schedule Options: Coverage needed across standard daytime slots, including 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Thu) / 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Fri), or part-time coverage (2–3 days/week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

• Zero Call Burden: Complete post-shift disconnect with no evening call and no weekend duties.

• Assignment Duration: October 1, 2026 – November 30, 2026 (expedited onboarding timeframe).

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

We are seeking a senior, highly experienced Nurse Practitioner with demonstrated expertise in occupational medicine and corporate health care.

• Credentials & Certification: Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) with extensive senior-level clinical experience; active DOT Certification required.

• Licensure & Prescriptive Authority: Active, unencumbered New Jersey State NP License, active CDS, and active DEA.

• Clinical Competencies: Proven experience in managing worker's compensation claims, occupational injury care, workplace exposure protocols, and diagnostic interpretation.
