-- DOT Certified
-- Active New Jersey License
-- Active CDS
-- Active DEA
-- Order and interpret diagnostic x-rays and lab results
-- Perform initial and ongoing worker injury assessments
-- Perform medical surveillance, exposure treatments, and follow-ups
-- Perform health screenings, for-cause substance testing, and fit-for-duty examinations
-- Collaborate with physicians, APNs, and other departments
-- Be okay with Workers' Comp cases

-- Monday-Thursday, 10:30am-7:00pm, Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm-- Another provider will be covering 2-3 days per week, 8:00am-5:00pm
Requirements:
-- Must have senior experience-- DOT Certified
-- Active New Jersey License
-- Active CDS
-- Active DEA
Required Procedures/Skills:
-- Perform pre-placement physical examinations and return-to-work clearances-- Order and interpret diagnostic x-rays and lab results
-- Perform initial and ongoing worker injury assessments
-- Perform medical surveillance, exposure treatments, and follow-ups
-- Perform health screenings, for-cause substance testing, and fit-for-duty examinations
-- Collaborate with physicians, APNs, and other departments
-- Be okay with Workers' Comp cases
