🩺 Nurse Practitioner – Occupational Medicine
Location: Warren. MI
Start Date: May 31, 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Hours: 40 hours/week
⭐ Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support a premium Occupational Medicine assignment focused exclusively on DOT physicals and evaluations. This is a low-acuity, streamlined role—ideal for providers seeking predictable daytime hours and a manageable patient load of 7–10 patients per day.
🏥 Assignment Details
- Modality: Nurse Practitioner
- Setting: Occupational Medicine – Adult patients only
- Duties:
- DOT physicals and DOT medical evaluations
- No acute care, no injuries, no primary care
- Charting System: EPIC
- Interview Required: Yes – with Medical Director,
- Orientation: None required
🎯 Qualifications
- DOT experience preferred
- DOT certification preferred
- DOT-certified candidates submitted first week or two
- May consider candidates willing to obtain DOT certification if no certified candidates are available (per client discretion)
