We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a locum tenens opportunity providing primary care and occupational health services at an onsite health clinic in Liverpool, New York. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule in a structured clinical environment serving an employed patient population.

This is an excellent opportunity for providers who enjoy a mix of preventive care, wellness visits, and non-emergent acute care, with minimal administrative burden and no hospital rounding.

Schedule & Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: Full-time weekday coverage
Assignment Length: Short-term locum assignment with potential extension
Start Date: Flexible based on credentialing
Call: None



Scope of Practice Includes
• Preventive care and annual physicals
• Chronic condition management
• Acute, non-emergent visits (e.g., minor illnesses, infections, strains, minor injuries)
• Wellness exams and screenings
• Occupational health evaluations (including DOT physicals if certified)
• Basic in-office procedures within scope



Patient Volume
• Moderate and manageable daily volume
• Appointment-based clinic flow



Requirements
• Active New York NP license
Board Certification as an FNP (ANCC or AANP)
DEA (or ability to obtain)
BLS (required)
• Prior experience in primary care and/or occupational health strongly preferred
• Comfort working independently in an onsite clinic setting

DOT certification is preferred but not required.
