Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Licensed PA or NP in California (or in progress); BLS/AED required, ACLS preferred; DEA required
- NRCME (DOT Medical Examiner) certification preferred
- Experience or interest in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine
- Clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
- Knowledge of state practice acts, Workers’ Compensation, HIPAA, and patient privacy regulations
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, patient-centered care, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
