Hospital Location: Rhinelander, WI
Reason for opening: staff vacancy
Setting: Outpatient
Dates: December 29 - ongoing
Hours: Clinic hours are 7:30-4:30 Monday - Friday. (30 minute lunch)
Patients per shift: 20
Call: No
DOT certified: yes
License: Willing to license
EMR: Epic and Systoc
Additional Info: Provider will be working at the Rhinelander Occupational Health clinic 5 days a week. Two of those days provider would go to the Rhinelander School District onsite clinic for 3 hours then back to clinic. The two locations are about 5 miles apart. If needs to cover in other locations we try to keep them there a full day
