- Employee Health Support:
- Pre-employment physicals & annual assessments
- TB testing, vaccinations, immunization reviews
- Work-related injury management & return-to-work evaluations
- Fit-for-duty assessments & occupational screenings
- Exposure incident documentation (e.g., needlesticks, infectious disease)
- Collaboration with HR & Safety on wellness initiatives
- Compliance with OSHA, CDC, and state health regulations
- Accurate EMR documentation of employee health records
