Nurse Practitioner / PA Opportunity | Occupational Health & Urgent Care

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity, providing high-quality care in both Occupational Health and Urgent Care Clinic (UCC) settings. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with a strong clinical background and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 30–40 hours per week | Weekdays with occasional weekends | No holidays

• Compensation: $156,000 annually + benefits stipend

• Work Environment: Collaborative clinical team supporting employee health and walk-in patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver care in occupational health and urgent care settings

• Perform pre-employment physicals, return-to-work evaluations, and workplace injury assessments

• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and minor injuries

• Document thoroughly and communicate effectively with patients and employers

• Collaborate with physicians and support staff for continuity of care

• Maintain compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations

Requirements:

• Active NP or PA licensure in [Insert State]

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
