Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant Needed - Toledo, Ohio
Start: ASAP
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8-5pm) w/ 1-2 hours to possibly start early/end later
Location: Defiance, OH and Toledo, OH - must travel to both locations. Defiance: Tuesdays and Thursdays &
Toledo: Monday/Wednesdays/Fridays

Role Highlights:
- Occupational medicine setting - Urgent Care/ER background would suffice
- Paid: Weekly W2 hourly rate
- Patient volume: 4-10
- EMR: Cority
- Certifications: OH license, BLS certified
- Contract: Ongoing and longterm potential - (starting Mid July)
