Hello there,
I have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join a weekday occupational health team in Stratford, CT. This position runs from July 14, 2025, through March 1, 2026, with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and a 30-minute meal break.
The provider will see adults only, averaging 8–10 patients per shift, and will rotate between two nearby locations (approximately 16 miles apart), primarily on Wednesdays. Experience with EPIC is preferred.
