🗓️ Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No Call, No Weekends

Step into a solo provider role in an established occupational health clinic located in the heart of Colorado’s mountain country! This is an excellent opportunity for a certified and experienced NP or PA with Level 1 Work Comp certification to manage care for injured workers in a low-acuity, clinic-based setting.

Key Details:

• Schedule: Full-time (M–F, 8a–5p)

• Setting: Outpatient Clinic – No trauma designation

• EMR: EPIC

• Support Staff: 1 Medical Assistant

• Supervision: Onsite Medical Director available 1–2x/week

• Patient Volume: 12–14 per day (mostly musculoskeletal injuries, lacerations)

• Reason for Need: Medical leave & coverage gaps

Requirements:

✅ Active CO License – REQUIRED
✅ Board Certification (ANCC/AANP/NCCPA) – REQUIRED
✅ Active BLS – REQUIRED
✅ DOT Certification – Required once credentialed
✅ Level 1 Work Comp Certification (CO DOL) – REQUIRED
✅ Clean malpractice/background – REQUIRED
✅ Must complete EPIC training pre-start
