Locum NP/PA Occupational Health - CO

Our client in Summit County, CO is in need of an Occupational Health - NP/PA for a locum assignment!

Job details:

• Start - 06/02/2025
• Monday-Friday - 8a-5p
  
• Setting: Clinic No Trauma/Not Rated
• FTE: 1.0
• Required Procedures/Job Duties: Level 1 work comp certification. See injured workers and manage their care and referrals.
• Most patients scheduled, walk ins are possible. Similar to an urgent care environment, most patients are muscular skeletal injuries, lacerations, etc.
• EMR: epic
• Support Staff: MA
• Reason for Coverage: medical leave and gaps in coverage
  

Job Requirements:

• ANCC/AANP or NCCPA Certified - Required
• Active CO license - Required
• Active BLS - Required for credentialing
• Active DOT - Required to obtain once credentialed
• Air travel? Local, drive in candidates - Highly Preferred
• Candidate must be level 1 certified through CO Department of Labor and development - Required (must include cert in presentation packet)
• Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
• Candidates must detail all shifts they are able to fill June-Oct 2025 and Month/year provider can start - Required to note
• Clean MP/Background - Required
