We are seeking a civilian Senior Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to lead a dedicated team focused exclusively on the health and well-being of federal employees in Quantico, VA. Why You’ll Love This Role: Predictable Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM No Nights, Weekends, Holidays, or On-Call Duties Low-Stress, High-Impact Environment: Focus on employee wellness, not emergency care Federal Employee Population Only: No general public patient load Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes PTO, 401(k), and full medical coverage Your Core Responsibilities: Act as Program Manager, overseeing the administration and supervision of all contractor-employed staff Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and federal government officials Coordinate and monitor daily operations and personnel at both FBI Headquarters and Quantico Oversee orientation and training for new staff members and ensure procedural compliance Provide leadership and direction for all contracted team members Qualifications: Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance 5+ years of direct patient care experience required 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia BLS and ACLS certifications required Join a mission-driven team supporting those who protect and serve.
