- M/W (6:30am-4pm) Fridays (6:30am-12:30pm) OR combination of other days
- Contract Starts ASAP - 2 months w/possible extensions
- Primary Care outpatient clinic
- Ages 6+
- Low patient volume
- Paid weekly
- W2 contract (Dental, Vision, Medical)
