- Coverage Dates: March 2, 2026 – December 31, 2026
- Clinic Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Every other week coverage
- Patient Volume: 18–25 patients/day (outpatient)
- Board Status:
- Board Certified REQUIRED
- Truly Board Eligible providers will be considered
- State License:
- Active Michigan license REQUIRED (at time of name clear)
- DEA:
- Required (must be active by start date)
- Certifications:
- BLS & ACLS REQUIRED
- Experience:
- 2+ years recent Women’s Health / OB-GYN experience REQUIRED
- Location Requirement:
- Local provider REQUIRED
- Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Procedures/Skills:
- Women’s Health Services
- Support Staff:
- Medical Assistants & Receptionists
- EMR: Cerner
