Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Alternative Schedule: Four-day workweek option available for qualified candidates

Practice Setting: Outpatient Women’s Health & OBGYN Clinic

About the Opportunity

A mission-driven women’s health clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP) to join its dedicated and collaborative care team. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule with the flexibility of a four-day workweek option and the opportunity to deliver inclusive, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of gynecologic and obstetric services.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope gynecologic and obstetric care for patients of all ages
  • Conduct annual wellness exams, contraceptive counseling, and fertility assessments
  • Manage prenatal and postnatal care in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions using evidence-based practices
  • Support patients through transitional life stages including menopause
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EHR
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP program
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in OBGYN or women’s health
  • Demonstrated competency in both gynecologic and obstetric care
  • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills
  • Preferred: Spanish language proficiency (not required)
