* Start Date: As soon as possible
* Schedule: Monday - Friday. Flexible scheduling 3 days per week. Can build to up to 5 days per week.
* 1 hour initial evaluations; 20 minute follow ups/med checks
* Hybrid opportunity; must be willing and able to go onsite in the Portland area as requested
* Joining 1 other PMHNP
* Patients ages 14 + years
* Some trauma and eating disorder populations, but mostly high acuity patients and marginalized populations
* Oregon license and DEA REQUIRED
