Locums – Prescott, Arizona, NP/PA Neurology Opening

Clinical Role

• Adult outpatient Neurology coverage
• Approximately 25 patients per day
• Coverage needed due to overflow
• Consults and established patient visits
• Botox for migraines if appropriately credentialed
• EMG and EEG responsibilities

Schedule & Coverage

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am-4:30 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am-12:00 pm
• Friday administrative time: 12:00 pm-4:00 pm
• Paid lunch: 12:00 pm-1:00 pm
• Ongoing coverage anticipated beginning February as additional schedules are released

• November 16-20
• November 23-25 and 27
• November 30-December 4
• December 7-11
• December 14-18
• December 21-24
• December 28-31
• January 4-8
• January 11-15
• January 18-22
• January 25-29

Practice Setting & Support

• Outpatient Neurology clinic
• MA support
• Cerner EMR
• All candidates must complete an EMR questionnaire

Requirements & Credentialing

• Nurse Practitioners: AANP or ANCC certification required
• Physician Assistants: NCCPA certification required
• Arizona license required
• NP compact candidates accepted with LOQ in hand at time of submission
• ACLS and BLS highly preferred; must be willing to obtain during credentialing
