Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner - Surgery - Neurovascular
Job Details:
Locum Nurse Practitioner position in Neurointerventional Surgery3 twelve-hour shifts per week until a permanent provider is hired
Shifts available days and nights: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Weekend availability required
100% inpatient practice setting
Patient population is adult and geriatric only
Responsibilities include code stroke response and post-procedure inpatient care for neurointerventional surgery patients
EMR system used is EPIC
Board Certification through AANP required
Active Virginia state license preferred
Active ACLS and BLS certifications required
Neurocritical care nursing experience required
Clean background with no malpractice or license issues required
