Night Call Coverage Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Fully Remote - 7 On / 7 Off | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST
Interra Neurosciences is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide overnight inpatient neurology telehealth coverage
Job Details
- Schedule: 7 nights on / 7 nights off (Monday–Sunday)
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST
- Coverage: Every night of the month (rotational between 2 NP’s)
- Patient Volume: 8-10 patients per night
- Compensation: Salary Range 125,000 - 135,000
- Employment Type: Full-time, salaried
Job Responsibilities
Provide inpatient neurology coverage via telehealth during overnight hours
Evaluate and manage neurological patients across multiple hospital sites
Collaborate with neurologists and nursing staff
Respond to overnight consults and clinical escalations
Document patient care accurately in the EMR
Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Minimum 2 years of neurology experience required
Inpatient experience preferred
Kentucky license preferred, but not required
Company provides licensing and credentialing support
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Working Hours
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST
Coverage: Every night of the month (rotational between 2 NP’s)
Patient Volume: 8-10 patients per night
