• Seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner

• Work collaboratively with nephrologists to:

  • Provide patient care within local dialysis centers

  • Serve as a liaison between patients, staff, and physicians

• Be an integral member of a high-functioning nephrology care team

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner with 3–5+ years of experience

• Active New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse license

• Board certification required

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range: $116,000–$145,000

• Salary determinations based on experience, performance, quality metrics, and location

• 1+ year salary guarantee

• Transition to RVU-based compensation model following guarantee period
