🩺 Advanced Practice Provider – Nephrology (NP)

💰 $135,000 – $155,000 annually + $5,000 bonus
Role Overview:
Join a collaborative nephrology team providing comprehensive renal care across outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, and dialysis services. This role offers strong physician support, clinical autonomy, and a balanced schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage patients with CKD, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and renal disease

Conduct inpatient nephrology consults and hospital rounding

Perform daily dialysis rounds for acute and chronic patients

Order and interpret labs and imaging

Collaborate with nephrologists, dialysis teams, and multidisciplinary providers

Educate patients and families on kidney disease management

Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Active New York State NP license
-
National certification (ANCC or AANP)

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing

DEA license
-
Minimum 2 years of nephrology experience

Dialysis management experience
Preferred:

Hospital rounding experience
-
EMR proficiency
-
BLS/ACLS certification
Compensation & Benefits:

Base: $150,000 + $5,000 bonus

PTO: 2–3 weeks + 6 paid federal holidays
