Position
- Start: ASAP-6 months open for extension
- Location: Upland, CA 91786
- Specialty: Geriatrics, ESRD EXP (mandatory), Dialysis
- Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
- Patient Volume: 7-10 ppd
Requirements:
- 1-2 years minimum, must have experience with patients with kidney disease and patients on dialysis (ESRD- End Stage Renal Disease)
- Board Certified NP
- BC, BLS, DEA, CAQH
Compensation:
- Pay: By phone discussion only
