Position Overview

Qualifications & Certification

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

• Strong clinical skills in neonatal medicine

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Team-oriented and collaborative approach to patient care

• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based neonatal care

Clinical Setting

• 12-bed Level III NICU

• Approximately 100 deliveries per month

• Collaborative two-physician care model

• In-house NNP coverage

• Newborn nursery coverage included

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU

• Attend deliveries and provide neonatal resuscitation as needed

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

• Communicate with families regarding treatment plans and patient progress

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care

• Provide newborn nursery coverage
