Join Our Team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in Savannah, GA

Pediatrix Medical Group is excited to offer a full-time position for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner at a renowned facility in Savannah, Georgia. You will be part of a collaborative, highly respected neonatal team at a facility that features a state-of-the-art 92-bed Level IV NICU. Job Responsibilities

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU.
• Collaborate with:
  • 9 neonatologists
  • 8 full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered neonatal services.
• Manage critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity setting.
• Participate in multidisciplinary neonatal care planning.
• Work alongside pediatric subspecialists across multiple disciplines.
• Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia.
• Engage in a collaborative academic environment with resident rotations through the NICU.
• Contribute to family-centered neonatal care initiatives.
• Practice within a mentorship-focused environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital and regulatory standards.
• Deliver compassionate neonatal care aligned with the facility’s mission and standards.

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum of a master’s degree in nursing (MSN or higher).
• GA Medical License (or willingness to obtain).
• Completion of a Neonatology training/fellowship.
• Neonatology experience (experienced candidates only).
• Clean malpractice/license history (highly preferred).
• Must be able to provide a recent NPDB Self Query Report.
• DEA must be obtained prior to start.

License and Certification Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN or higher).
• Current APRN national specialty certification (required).
• Georgia Medical License (or willingness to obtain).
• Neonatology training/fellowship (required, no exemptions).
