REQUIRED PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: APRN national specialty certification required
  
• Licenses: Active FL state license (not accepting IMLC due to credentialing timeline)
  
• Certifications: APRN national specialty certification required
  
• Experience: Minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing; must have been clinically active within the past 1 year; clean background and no malpractice history
  
• Other Qualifications: Must be available for holiday coverage; CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained; prescreening questionnaire required
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 in-house NNP coverage including rounding and acute NICU care
  
• Attend deliveries and manage neonatal emergencies in a Level III NICU
  
• Perform procedures based on experience and clinical competency
  
• Collaborate with neonatologists and subspecialists in a team-oriented environment
  
• Manage an average daily census of 19 with strong physician support
