A well-established neonatology group in the greater Phoenix area is seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join a large, collaborative team of neonatologists and advanced practice providers. Full-time opportunities offer sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Position Overview

Coverage across multiple Level III–IV NICUs and expanding Level II special care nurseries
Affiliated with high-risk delivery services
Team-based care alongside neonatologists
Evening shifts in Level III–IV NICUs with physician support
24/7 in-house NNP coverage in Level II units with daily neonatologist rounds
Flexible scheduling with a mix of 12- and 24-hour shifts
Shared responsibility for delivery attendance
No transport duties

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP only)
Master’s degree in nursing
2+ years of NNP experience strongly preferred
Arizona license (or ability to obtain)
DEA (required prior to start)
NPDB self-query (within 30 days)
