We are seeking dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join a premier Level IV NICU team outside of Philadelphia. This is a high-growth opportunity due to a unit expansion. You will work in a highly collaborative environment alongside engaging neonatologists and a supportive APP team.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-Time: 13 shifts per month (12-hour shifts; 24-hour shifts available if desired).

  • Part-Time: Flexible part-time options are also available!

  • Hours: Days (0730–1900) and Nights (1900–0730).

  • No Call: No call required for this position, now or in the future.

  • Incentives: $30,000 Sign-On Bonus and $7,500 Relocation Allowance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care for neonates requiring intensive care in a Level IV setting.

  • Attend deliveries and initiate interventions for distressed neonates.

  • Perform physical exams, gestational age assessments, and diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.

  • Transport: Participate in neonatal transport (ground, helicopter, or fixed-wing) when needed during your shift.

Qualifications

We welcome New Grads passionate about neonatal medicine who meet the following:

  • NNP Certification: Must hold (or be eligible for) Neonatal-specific certification via NCC.

  • Background: New grads must have a nursing background in the NICU (preferred), PICU, or Peds ER.

  • Licensure: Current (or willing to obtain) unrestricted ARNP license in the state of practice.

  • Certifications: Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications.
