Description
A leading healthcare facility in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to provide advanced care in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
This position offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment managing critically ill neonates while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. The provider will play a key role in patient care from admission through discharge, including delivery room coverage and ongoing clinical management.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level IV NICU setting
- Manage admissions and ongoing treatment of critically ill neonates
- Participate in delivery room coverage and neonatal resuscitation
- Coordinate and manage patient care through discharge
- Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems (Epic)
- Participate in case management and clinical decision-making
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Active New York State NP license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Level IV NICU experience
- Experience with high-acuity neonatal cases
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Working Hours
Part-time – Day Shift (7:00 AM – 8:30 PM)
13-week assignment with strong extension potential.
