Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our growing practice at Odessa Regional Medical Center in Odessa, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative, physician-led team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a Level III NICU.
Our network of physicians and specialists works together to provide a patient-centered model focused on supporting the health and wellness of newborns and their families. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated provider who is passionate about neonatal medicine and committed to making a meaningful impact in newborn care.
Opportunity Highlights
This position is based in a 49-bed Level III NICU with a collaborative two-neonatologist care model and 24/7 in-house coverage supported by NNPs. You will work alongside an experienced and highly skilled team in a physician-led environment dedicated to providing exceptional neonatal care.
Responsibilities
The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care in a Level III NICU setting, collaborating closely with NNPs, neonatologists, and the multidisciplinary care team. Responsibilities include participating in high-risk delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation, partnering with hospital leadership to support quality and safety initiatives, and delivering evidence-based, family-centered care to newborn patients.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is board-certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) and demonstrates a passion for working with newborns while supporting families during critical stages of care. Candidates should thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality, continuous patient care.
