Permanent Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology
Position Type: Permanent
Specialty: Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology
Location: Oklahoma City, OK.
Shift: Combination of 12-hour and 24-hour shifts (in-house and on-call)
Position Details:
Patient Population: Neonatal / Newborn
Setting: NICU (Level II)
Responsibilities: Provide neonatal and newborn care in collaboration with Neonatologists across multiple NICU locations and participate in scheduled shifts and on-call coverage from home.
Required Procedures: Neonatal care and newborn assessments
EMR System:
Support Staff: Neonatologists and NICU team
Days Per Month: 12 shifts per month
On-Call/Weekends: On-call from home with potential weekend shifts
Submission Requirements:
- Current APRN National Specialty Certification – Required
- Master’s Degree – Required
- Oklahoma APRN License or willingness to obtain – Required
- NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) – Required
