👶 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) – Level III NICU | Michigan - Amisha

Is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join its collaborative Neonatology team in a Level III NICU. This is a permanent opportunity within a physician-led, team-based environment that welcomes both experienced providers and new graduates.

🏥 Practice Setting

• Level III NICU
• Inpatient neonatal care
• Structured, team-based model (not autonomous practice)
• Collaborative supervision with on-staff Neonatologists
• EMR: Epic

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care to neonates
• Conduct neonatal assessments and daily rounds
• Manage critically ill and premature infants
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds
• Coordinate care with nursing and ancillary teams
• Educate and counsel families on neonatal conditions and care plans
• Support stabilization and ongoing management of high-risk newborns
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards

⏰ Schedule

• Flexible shift model including:
  • 24-hour shifts
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
• Full-time and part-time flexibility available

✅ Qualifications

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (by start date)
• Completion of an accredited NNP program
• Active Michigan License
• BLS Certification
• NRP Certification
• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days at time of submission)
