Nurse Practitioner / Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Level III NICU – Ann Arbor, MI
Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, physician-led Neonatology team in a Level III NICU. This is a permanent placement opportunity within a supportive, team-based environment. Both experienced providers and truly board-eligible new graduates are welcome to apply.
Position Overview
The provider will deliver comprehensive inpatient neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting, including:

Neonatal assessments, daily rounds, and ongoing management of critically ill and premature infants

Collaboration with on-staff Neonatologists for care planning and management

Participation in multidisciplinary rounds

Family education and counseling
-
Stabilization and management of high-risk newborns

Documentation in Epic EMR
This is a structured, team-based model (not autonomous practice).
Schedule
Flexible full-time schedule consisting of 24-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour shifts.
Credentialing Timeline
Approximately 3–4 months.

Requirements

Board Certified (or truly board eligible by start) Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Successful completion of an accredited NNP program
-
Active Michigan license (or eligible)

BLS and NRP certifications
-
Ability to work varied 24-, 10-, and 8-hour shifts

Clean malpractice and license history
-
NPDB Self-Query (dated within 30 days at time of presentation)

EMR experience (Epic preferred)

Willingness to complete 3–4 month credentialing process
