Join a highly reputable Level III NICU in Ypsilanti, MI as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) and provide compassionate, expert care for critically ill and premature newborns. This is a permanent placement opportunity with full-time and part-time schedule flexibility, offering a supportive, team-based environment under physician supervision.

๐Ÿฉบ Role Overview

As a Neonatal NP, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive inpatient care to neonates in a Level III NICU

  • Perform neonatal assessments, daily rounds, and ongoing management of critically ill infants

  • Collaborate closely with Neonatologists and the multidisciplinary care team

  • Participate in rounds and coordinate care with nursing and ancillary teams

  • Utilize Epic EMR for documentation

  • Provide family education and counseling on neonatal conditions and care plans

  • Support stabilization and management of high-risk newborns

  • Work a flexible schedule including 24-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour shifts

Note: New graduates (board eligible) are welcome.

โœ… Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Neonatal NP / NNP (or board eligible for new grads)

  • Graduate of an accredited NNP program

  • Active Michigan license (or eligible)

  • BLS and NRP certifications

  • Ability to work varied 24-, 10-, and 8-hour shifts

  • EMR experience (Epic preferred)

  • Clean malpractice and license history

  • NPDB Self-Query report within 30 days at presentation

  • Must complete credentialing process (3โ€“4 months)
