This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a Level III NICU team in Pennsylvania with flexible 12 or 24-hour in-house shifts and long-term ongoing coverage needs. The facility is seeking a strong NICU provider who can step in quickly, provide consistent newborn care support, and potentially transition into a long-term or temp-to-perm option. Job Responsibilities
• Manage assigned neonatal patients
• Participate in rounding and newborn care coordination
• Support NICU admissions and ongoing care
• Collaborate with NICU nursing and physician teams
Qualifications
• Board Eligible accepted
• Active Pennsylvania license required
• NRP required
• Level III NICU experience required
• Comfortable with inpatient NICU coverage
Working Hours
• End Date: Ongoing
• Shifts: 12-hour or 24-hour shifts
• Coverage Type: In-house shifts
• No call coverage required since shifts are in-house
• Patient Volume: Approx. 10 patients per shift
