An independent physician network in Southwestern Tennessee is seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (Locum Tenens) to provide coverage in a newly expanded 74-bed Level IV NICU and Special Care Nursery within a nationally ranked children’s hospital.
Position Highlights

Job Responsibilities
• Provide on-site neonatal advanced practice coverage with rotating 12- and 24-hour shifts
• Perform comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Manage medications, documentation, care coordination, and discharge planning
• Conduct clinical procedures within the scope of practice
Qualifications
• Active Tennessee APRN license (or willingness to obtain)
• MSN degree or higher
• Board Certification as an NNP-BC
• Tennessee Prescriptive Authority (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and clinical skills
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a busy Level IV NICU
• Interest in an academic/teaching environment
• Experience managing patients from admission through discharge
