An established and reputable Neonatal practice in West Texas is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or a newly graduating NNP fellow to join a collaborative, high-quality neonatology team. This is a fantastic opportunity to practice in a 49-bed Level III NICU within a major regional perinatal center serving the Permian Basin and West Texas.

Job Responsibilities
• Full-time = 7 shifts per month (excellent schedule flexibility)
• Practice alongside a skilled and collaborative team of Neonatologists
• Well-established NICU recognized for consistently high-quality women's and infant care
