Permanent Nurse Practitioner – Neonatology
Position Type: Permanent
Specialty: Physician - Neonatology
Location: Michigan
Rate: Permanent Placement Fee $14K
Shift: Varied (days, evenings, nights)
- Patient Population: Neonatal / NICU
- Setting: Level III NICU
- Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive neonatal care, collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams, participate in high-risk deliveries, perform advanced neonatal procedures, assist with patient management and care planning, educate families, support quality improvement initiatives, and participate in ongoing professional development
- Required Procedures: Advanced neonatal procedures and stabilization in Level III NICU
- EMR System:
- Support Staff: Neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU team
- Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
- On-Call/Weekends: Not specified
Submission Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP only)
- Michigan license or willingness to obtain
- NPDB self-query within 30 days
- DEA and CSR/CDS prior to start
- Clean malpractice and license history
- 2+ years NNP experience highly preferred
