Required Skills:
- Valid license in Pennsylvania
- Proven experience in Level III NICU settings
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle complex neonatal cases
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual abilities
- Advanced certifications such as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Neonatal Physician Assistant certifications
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Familiarity with neonatal resuscitation procedures and equipment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a Level III NICU environment
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
Other Requirements:
- Availability for 12 or 24-hour shifts
- Flexibility for ongoing and as-needed coverage dates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced neonatal intensive care unit
