Schedule & Shifts:

  • 12-hour or 24-hour shifts
  • 7 AM – 7 PM
  • 7 AM – 7 AM
  • Mostly 24-hour shifts (lower acuity)
  • Higher-acuity NICU with smaller, sicker patients

Location: Portland, OR

  • Coverage split between both facilities.

Patient Volume:

  • 10 patients/day
  • 22 patients/day

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage care for neonates in the NICU
  • Attend deliveries & perform neonatal procedures
  • Provide unit-based clinical support
  • Educate and support families
  • Collaborate closely with neonatologists and nursing teams

Team & Support:

  • 13 experienced NNPs
  • Strong RN and APP support
  • No call | No admissions
  • No supervision requirements

Qualifications:

  • Neonatal NP or PA
  • Completion of 12-month Neonatal fellowship/residency
  • Board Certified / Eligible
  • Open to obtaining Oregon license
