🏥 Facility Setting: Hospital • Level III & Level IV NICU
🧑⚕️ Employment Type: Full-Time • Permanent
🔄 Practice Model: Rotational coverage across three hospitals within the same system — all within 20–30 minutes driving distance
👶 Unit Levels & Scheduling
🟣 Level IV NICU

10–12 hour day shifts

12–16 hour night shifts
🔵 Level III NICUs

24-hour shifts
✅ Requirements
✔ Master’s degree (minimum) or Doctorate in Nursing
✔ Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
✔ Minimum 2 years of current NNP experience
✔ Active Florida APRN license
✔ DEA
