Job description
- Combination of 8-hour and 24-hour shifts
- Level III NICU with 34 beds and an average daily census of 25
- Approximately 3,500 deliveries annually
- Manage and care for premature and critically ill neonates
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and hospitalists
- Participate in neonatal transports and advanced NICU care
- Support families through education, communication, and advocacy
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
🎓 Requirements:
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 2+ years of current NNP experience
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in Nursing
- Florida license (or willingness to obtain)
