• Shared delivery coverage with Neonatologists

• Evening shifts alongside in-house Neonatologists

• Level II units staffed 24/7 with in-house NNPs

• No transport duties

• Flexible mix of 12-hour and 24-hour shifts

• Team-based, supportive work environment

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified NNP only (FNP/PNP not accepted)

• Master’s Degree in Nursing

• AZ License (or willingness to obtain)

• 2+ years of current NNP experience preferred

• DEA required prior to start
