🏥 Position Highlights

✨ Join a well-established Neonatology practice with over 30 years of excellence
✨ Work in a Level III NICU with 34 beds, ADC of 25, and 3,500 annual deliveries
✨ Care for high-risk mothers and critically ill or premature newborns
✨ Collaborative, multi-specialty team environment including neonatologists, NNPs, pediatric intensivists, and hospitalists
✨ Strong ancillary support including PICC team, respiratory therapists, and child life specialists
✨ Neonatal transport support staffed by experienced RN and RT teams

🗓️ Schedule Details

🕘 Combination of 8-hour and 24-hour shifts
📆 Weekend and on-call coverage varies based on assigned shifts

✅ Candidate Requirements

✔️ NNP Board Certified (FNP/PNP not accepted)
✔️ Minimum 2+ years of experience as an NNP (RN experience does not count)
✔️ Florida license (or willingness to obtain)
✔️ Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Nursing
✔️ Clean malpractice history preferred
✔️ DEA required prior to start
