- 12-hour or 24-hour shifts
- 4–6 shifts per month required
- Additional neonatal wing opening — increased coverage needed
- Average daily census: 40–50 (expected to increase)
- Support staff: Nursing staff
- Procedures include intubations, thoracentesis, chest tube placement, ventilator management, arterial lines, and related NICU procedures
- EMR: EPIC
- Minimum 3 years of Level III NICU experience
- Active TN license (compact license accepted)
- Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
