Role Summary for Recruiters
This position requires experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners with an active Arkansas license and board certification. Providers must hold PALS and NRP certifications and be comfortable managing a 26-bed neonatal unit, including admissions and assigned rounding. No call is required. Neonatal fellowship training is preferred.

- Fellowship: Neonatal fellowship preferred
- Call: None
- Coverage: Full-time, ongoing
- On-site responsibilities only
- Patient Volume: 10–15 patients per shift
- Facility Beds: 26
- Admissions: Required
- Rounding: Assigned daily rounding patients
- Clinical Focus: Neonatal care in Trauma Level II setting
- Cerner
