Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: 24-hour, in-house shifts
- Weekend Requirements
Clinical Details:
- Level III NICU
- 22-bed NICU with private rooms
- NICU & Newborn ADC: 20
- Deliveries: Approximately 1,700 annually
- Newborn Admits: 95%
- Advanced therapies: HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, therapeutic hypothermia
- Procedures: Pediatric surgery (no cardiac surgery except PDA ligations; no ECMO)
- Support Staff: Collaborative team with on-site pediatric cardiology and subspecialty support
Requirements:
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- VA license
- Minimum of a master’s degree
- Must be clinically active within the past year
- At least 6 months of clinical experience in neonatology
- CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained
