  • Other Details: This locum nurse practitioner opportunity seeks providers to join a coverage pool starting as soon as credentialed, with a minimum commitment of 4–5 day stints and a 90-day credentialing timeframe, though emergency privileges may be granted for certain dates. The schedule consists of 24-hour call and rounding with flexibility preferred, and responsibilities include admits for Level II NICU, rounding, discharges, high-risk deliveries, intubations, and UVC line placement. Coverage dates include September 21, October 1–6, October 23, November 13, November 22–24, November 26–28, December 25, and December 31 ongoing into 2026. Providers must be NCC certified, board certified, and hold an active OR license, with all standard credentialing documents such as diplomas, licenses, certifications, CME records, immunizations, case logs, and references required for submission.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide 24-hour call and rounding coverage
* Manage admits for Level II NICU patients
* Perform rounding and discharges
* Attend and manage high-risk deliveries
* Perform neonatal intubations
* Place UVC lines
* Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation
* Submit all required credentialing documents in a timely manner

Qualifications

* NCC certification required
* Board certification required
* Active OR state license required
* Ability to commit to a minimum of 4–5 day stints
* Completion of credentialing within 90 days (emergency privileges possible for urgent dates)
* Up-to-date immunizations including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
* Supporting documents required: diplomas, training certificates, licenses, DEA, life support cards, insurance, CME, case logs, references, and photo ID

Working Hours

* 24-hour call and rounding, flexibility preferred
* Coverage dates: Sept 21; Oct 1–6; Oct 23; Nov 13; Nov 22–24; Nov 26–28; Dec 25; Dec 31 ongoing into 2026
