Job Summary:

We are actively seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) to join a high-acuity Level III NICU in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a full-time permanent role offering 24/7 neonatal coverage in a collaborative, innovative, and resource-rich environment.

Job Description:

Position: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Setting: 72-bed Level III NICU
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (day/night), weekends included in rotation
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Permanent Placement

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level neonatal care as part of a collaborative team of neonatologists and advanced practice providers
  • Manage complex neonatal cases, including extremely low birth weight (ELBW) infants
  • Participate in neonatal resuscitation and transport coverage
  • Utilize advanced technologies including ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and therapeutic cooling
  • Work within a comprehensive pediatric system with access to pediatric ER, PICU, CVICU, and full subspecialty support
  • Deliver patient-centred, team-based care with a focus on quality outcomes and innovation

Submission Requirements:
  • Candidate is Board Certified in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
  • Holds or is willing to obtain a Nevada license
  • Master’s degree or higher in Nursing
  • Clean malpractice/license history
